Creating Healthy Habits
Most people hope to feel and function at their best as much as possible. There are often things that get in the way of creating the life we hope for. Our emotions can create roadblocks for engaging in the healthy habits and/or sometimes we do not know how to establish new habits.
At Healthy Synergy we help you identify your roadblocks and find ways to remove them or work through them. Additionally, we support you in creating a plan for incorporating healthy habits that makes sense to you. We can even do so through Talk and Walk Therapy, where we incorporate gentle walking into our therapy sessions.
