Ms. Zara believes therapy can be an important catalyst for change—and we all have the power to change. Everyone faces life challenges and wears masks to hide real feelings. Therapy sessions can be a safe, non-judgmental place to share the person behind the mask. Ms. Zara provides empathy and strength building as she supports her clients toward self-empowerment. She draws on extensive experience with children, young adolescents in transition, adults, and families to find the strategies that work best for each client’s needs. After living in both Libya and Spain as well as traveling in Latin America, Europe and Asia, Ms. Zara has a strong interest in multicultural awareness. She is proficient in Spanish. Ms. Zara looks forward to meeting every client and watching his or her growth unfold.
